1Software as is
Wine Cave is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss — of data, of bottles, of money, or of anything else — arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
2Your cellar is your responsibility
Your cellar is one file on your own device, and, if you turn on iCloud sync, a copy in your own iCloud. We hold no copy of it and cannot recover it for you. Export it from Settings and keep the file somewhere else. Deleting the app deletes the cellar and its backups with it.
3What it tells you is a suggestion
Recommendations, drinking windows, stock cover, prices, value scores and anything written by an AI model are estimates made from imperfect data, and some of them are simply guesses about a bottle we have never seen. AI output can be wrong. Check anything that matters before you act on it. What you open, what you buy and what you pay are your decisions.
4Drinking age
Wine Cave is about alcohol. It is rated for adults, and it is for people of legal drinking age where they live. Do not use it if you are under that age. Nothing in the app encourages drinking more, and none of it is advice about how much to drink.
5The account and the AI allowance
The cellar needs no account. The AI features do: you sign in to a Fabrique Accounts account, shared with our other apps. Every account has a free monthly AI allowance. When it is used up, those features pause until the next month. Everything else keeps working.
The allowance is a courtesy, not a promise: we may change its size or how it is counted. Nothing is bought or sold in the app. What the AI features send to the AI companies is described in the privacy policy.
6Buying wine
Wine Cave never buys anything. Restock opens a supplier's own website in your browser, and everything after that — the basket, the price, the payment, the delivery, the refund — is between you and that supplier. We are not a party to it and we take no commission on it.
7What you may not do
Do not use Wine Cave to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to get around the AI allowance — by opening extra accounts to reset it, for example, or by automating requests through it — or to resell what it produces as a service of your own. Doing so ends your access to the AI features.
8Ending it
Delete the app whenever you like; nothing of yours is held back. To delete your account, which is shared with our other apps, open Settings → Account → Delete account, or write to dev@fafutur.com.
9Changes, and who you are dealing with
We will update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top tells you which version you are reading. Continuing to use Wine Cave after a change means you accept it.
